2. On the spot during the shipment of the goods.

Delivery by Nova Poshta

After that, fill in the data for the shipment.

You can pay in the following ways:


1. By card on the website. For this, you need to select the "online payment by bank card" option, click "place an order" and proceed to payment.

2. When receiving the goods at the branch. For this, you need to select the "pay at the branch" option. After you have placed the order, our manager will contact you and provide the details for the order prepayment. The prepayment comprises UAH 200. It covers the cost of two-way shipping in case the customer cancels the order.

The shipment is carried out within 1-2 working days.

Return

If you do not like the Goods of proper quality, you have the right to return them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt. For this, you need to choose one of two possible options.

Option 1.

  1. Show up at the address of purchase of the Goods: Kyiv, 32, Pyrohivskyi Shliakch St.
  2. Fill out the Request for the return of Goods.
  3. Provide the Seller with a copy of your ID.
  4. Provide a settlement document for the paid Goods.
  5. Return the Product to the Seller.

Option 2.

  1. Send the Product by Nova Poshta according to the details provided by the manager. You should also add the request for the return of Goods, a copy of your ID, and the settlement document for the paid Goods.
  2. Pay the cost for the delivery of Goods returned by Nova Poshta.

Please note that you can return the Goods of proper quality only if their appearance and consumer properties are preserved, and if you have a payment document for the purchased Goods.

The Goods of proper quality, which have tailored properties and can be used exclusively by the Customer that purchased them (including non-standard orders at the Customer's request, sizes, etc.), cannot be returned. The confirmation that the Goods have tailored properties is the difference between the Product's dimensions and other characteristics from those indicated on the website.

When returning the Goods of proper quality, you will be refunded the amount of the paid price of the Goods. The funds shall be returned to the bank card from which the payment was made, within 7 (seven) banking days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller.
